Notes on accommodation
A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 a week each.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be organised for just £20 and includes: bread, 1 milk, some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar, 1 orange juice, 2 bottles of mineral water, butter, jam or marmalade and a bottle of wine (red or white).

Outside
Large terrace area with views overlooking golf and mountains. Beautiful park area towards the front of the villa with children's play area. Pavement area around the resort is ideal for children cycling or joggers.
For those clients who wish to free themselves of the burden of driving to alternative Polaris World Golf Resorts, Polaris World provide a scheduled bus service to each of their golf resorts. The El Valle Club House and practise greens are approximately 5-10 minutes' walk from the villa.

Polaris World’s El Valle Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas and apartments built around an 18-hole golf course with a golf club house and bar, communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues, children’s play areas and landscaped gardens. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.
The resort has a brand new clubhouse (opened on the 24th May 2008). The clubhouse is about a 10 minute walk from the villa and will soon have the Asador El Valle (a charcoal grill barbecue restaurant), Sandalo chill out bar, pro golf shop, Clover Pub, supermarket and 24hr cash point.
Close by, guests can find La Torre Golf Resort which offers a 5 star Intercontinental La Torre Golf Resort Hotel & Spa (under construction), three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as four restaurants (Tapas, Spanish, Italian and international buffet).
This resort also has a bank, travel shop, internet access, a large, well-stocked supermarket (selling international goods), health centre, a hospital, playgrounds and school.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include air conditioning. Prices are subject to change at the owner’s discretion.on.
Changeover day
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Weekend to weekend bookings are preferred.
Booking notes
£100 deposit (non refundable) per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. An additional cleaning/laundry fee of £70 applies to all bookings, please ask for details. Weekend golf breaks are welcome. Any bookings taken outside the UK are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee. Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period are £550 a week.
Security deposit
In addition, a separate £150 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
Local area
The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for holidays, especially golfing holidays. The sandy beaches are also ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other activities included golf, tennis, cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.
